Rules and Procedures

1.     Only Occupant or authorized persons allowed to access security gates.

2.     No sharing or improper uses of the security access codes.

3.     Occupants guest may follow them through security gate.

4.     Occupants and authorized persons are responsible for their guest.

5.     Large Trucks, U-Haul, Trailers, Boats or RV’s use back gate.

6.     Move out Notice to be given in writing by the 15th day of the month.

7.     No “For Sale” signs allowed.

8.     Turn OFF unit light when done; Fee may apply.

9.     No electric connections are permitted.

10. Park parallel to the building; No backing up to doors.

11. Dumpster for Owner’s use only; subject to additional fee.

12. Floor protection required when storing Vehicles in Units.

13. Occupant is responsible for Pest Control inside their unit.

14. Removal of Owners “Red Lock” is prohibited and subject to prosecution.

15. Cutting of any lock is prohibited, unless approved by Owner.

16. Report damage or repairs needed to Owner ASAP.

17. All exit gates will lock down at 7:00 pm sharp; Exit the facility prior to 6:59 pm.

18. No Loitering on property or in units.

19. Unit doors must be kept open when in use.  

20. No Violent, harassing, threatening or abusive behavior allowed.

21. NO SMOKING or VAPING ALLOWED on property.

22. NO PETS ALLOWED, except Certified Service Animals.

23. No Semi Truck or Trailers allowed.

24. Parking Space Occupants must park forward and centered in space.

25. NO Drugs or Alcohol.

26. No Loaded Firearms

27. Recommend Occupants list their spouse or authorized person on the agreement, in the event of an Emergency or Death.

28. Owner reserves the right to impose additional rent / fees as my be necessary should Occupant violate their rental agreement or any Rules and Procedures.

29. This is private property, and the Owner reserves the right to refuse service for any reason they deem necessary.
